Do I pay when I submit the form?

No. The form is only an inquiry. I review your request, confirm whether I can take it on, and send a quote. Payment comes after you approve the details.

Can I pay in TRY or another currency?

Payment options depend on the payment link and provider available for your location. I confirm the currency and final amount with you before payment.

Can you work from my references?

Yes. Share clear references and explain which details matter most. Make sure you have the rights or permissions needed for any assets you provide.

What about revisions and refunds?

Revision limits, milestones, delivery scope and cancellation terms are included in the quote or Terms of Service before payment.

Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?

I give an estimated timeline after reviewing the scope. A deadline is confirmed only when we both agree to it.
